We attended the opened ceremony in the morning. There is a customized course that is conducting by RECSAM. The participants are from Africa. They are devided into two class, math and science. We joined in the math class. In the afternoon we helped collected the pre-test. There is a questioner also for the participants. After that we attended the welcome party.

We followed the participants go to botanical garden in the morning. There are many kinds of trees there. In the afternoon we attended the closing ceremony of the regular course.

We followed the school try out of primary school. The participants were devided into three groups. Each group showed their project to all of the students. The students were interested specially at maths games.

We followed the school try out of secondary math class. The participants were devided into two groups. The students were interested. They enjoyed the teaching and learning.

We joined in Annamalai's class in the morning. The participants prepared their project for math fair. After that we joined in Warabhon's class. They prepared their project, too.

It was the last day of apprentice programme of P4TK IPA Bandung to stay in RECSAM. We attended their presentation in the morning.

We still helped coordinate the workshop in the morning. It was a very busy day because it was the last day of the workshop. In the afternoon we helped receive visitors from University Syah Kuala Aceh.

We joined in mathematic workshop for secondary school. There were a lot of people who attended this workshop. We still helped to facilitate the workshop.

We followed Mr. Teoh Boon Tat's class. The topic was very interesting. We enjoyed it. After that we joined with annamalai's class again.

We participated in the workshop for primary mathematics.

We had a meeting at 09.00. After meeting we help preparing for workshop that conducted in the next day. We 're happy because we can follow the workshop.

I filled my block in the morning. After that I joined with Annamalai's class until in the afternoon. I help the participants learning the topic.

We joined to the participants in the morning. The topic is Lesson Study. In the afternoon we're in Mr. Annamalai's class. He explained about Ms. Excell to the participants. I help the participants do their work.

There was a meeting with Mr. Nizam in the morning. After that we came in to the class. In the afternoon Mr. wahyudi took us to the consulat of Indonesia together with the apprentiece from P$TK IPA.

We joined in Mr. Annamalai's classroom. The topik was basic ICT. Mr. Annamalai told the participants how to use computer and create email. We helped the participants to create email.

July 7, 2008

In the morning we attended the meeting for receiving new apprentices. They are from P4TK IPA Bandung, Indonesia. After that we attended the opened ceremony of regular course. We joined the participants to follow the admin breefing. In the afternoon we joined to Mr. Annamalai. It was the first day of the course. We joined in the class room wih our friends from P4TK IPA Bandung too. In this first day, Mr Anamalai explained everything to the participants. The participants also got Pre Tes. After that the participants got english test. In the evening we attended to welcome party.

We met Mr. Annamalai in the morning. He gave us samples of multiplier effect training. We have to learn that and we will discuss about it in the afternoon.

We prepare Pre/post evaluation inthe morning. And then in the afternoon we met Mr. Annamalai. He gave us sample of the material. We have to read each material.

we went to LRC in the morning. I read some books and filled my blog. Then we met Mr. Annamalai in the afternoon. He asked us to help him to prepare the evaluation of the participants.

I filled my blog in ICT Lab in the morning. Then in the afternoon We (group B) met Mr. Annamalai. He told us to help him to prepare pre/post test. He also show us the material of the training. We will meet him tomorrow again.

There is a meeting to prepare a regular course in the morning. I think that all the people is very busy. In the afternoon we meet our mentor. We are devided into two groups. They are group A and group B. The mentor of group A is Mr. Abill and the mentor of group B is Mr. C. Annamalai. Mr. Markaban, Mr. Sapon and I are in group B. In this time, Mr. Anamalai explain about how to prepare regular course outline. He said that the preparation are:

1. Refer 8 th five year plan
2. Start preparing course outline which consists of rationale, objective, and content
3. Call for internal meeting to discuss the course outline with expert
4. Update with internal expert's inputs
5. Call for meeting with expternal consultants for quality improvment
6. Update with external expert's inputs

There is interactive Multimedia for Teaching and Learning of Primary Mathematics training that will be conducted in 07 July - 01 Augut 2008. Mr. Anamalai is the course supervisor. He show us the course outline and the time schedule of the training. We have to discuss it will meet him again tomorrow at 03.30 pm.

Self Evaluation

In this period we joint together. The mentor is Tuan Haji Ahmad Ramli. The goal is to make preparation in logistics for the regular course. There are six units in division of administration. We cannot discuss all of the unit. We just discuss about finance and look at the library. Sometimes we go to ICT Lab. It needs more times to know more deeply. We don't have talk about marketing and publication.

This morning we went to ICT LAb. I continued writing for my blog. And now I am writing in the library.
We were invited at closing ceremony of workshop in the afternoon. The participants are from Uganda, Zambia, and Nigeria. It is very interesting. We realized that we have to improve our speaking in english. P4TK matematika have tried to do that.

We discussed with Mr. Tuan Haji Ramli about closing ceremony. He told ua to attend the closing ceremony at Jun 27, 2008 in the afternoon. Then we came to the library We looked at some books there.

We discuss with Mr. Tuan Haji Ramli about the cost of a training and the alocation pf the budged. Actually, it isnot easy run a regional training. There are many problem such as many different cultural, need assesment, and so on.

There was a meeting with Mrs Rashihah in the morning. She explained large about finance in RECSAM. I think it is not many different with P4TK Matematika. She also saw examples of the report about finance. Then there was a meeting with Mr. Tuan Haji Ahmad Ramli in the afternoon. He told me to make example about finance for a training. He also told about the RECSAM specially about administration.

It is the third day we stay at recsam. I just have made a blog because I have to have a blog. I'm glad to come here. I hope I get a lot of knowledge from here. I think that It is important to me to get more information and knowledge. Two days ago we discuss with Tuan Haji Ahmad Ramli about RECSAM and the organization structur of RECSAM.
